Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Woo Invites when you use www.wooinvites.in. By creating an account or paying for an invitation, you accept them. Please read them with our privacy policy and refund policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- Give your real name and an email address you use. Keep your password to yourself.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else got in.
Making and publishing invitations
- Choosing a design, customising it and previewing it are free.
- To share an invitation, you publish it, which costs the price shown for its design. Publishing gives it a link at www.wooinvites.in/ followed by the name you choose. The link can’t be changed after publishing, and a link that’s been used is never given to anyone else.
- One purchase covers one event. Another event needs another purchase, even with the same design.
- The event date must be within 12 months of the purchase.
Changing a published invitation
- You can edit a published invitation until the end of its event day, in the event’s time zone. After that it can’t be changed, and the link keeps working.
- The event date can be changed at most twice after publishing, never to a day that has passed, and never to more than 12 months after the purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, under their terms. An invitation is published once Cashfree confirms the payment. Published invitations aren’t refundable; the refund policy explains when we do refund. If we change a price, the new price applies only to invitations published after the change.
Your content
- What you put in an invitation, such as wording, photos and music, stays yours. You let us store it, adapt it to fit the design and different screens, and show it to anyone with the invitation’s link, for as long as the invitation is online.
- Use only content you have the right to use: your own photos, or ones you have permission for, and music you’re allowed to share. Add other people’s names and photos only with their agreement, and children’s only as their parent or guardian.
- Don’t put anything unlawful, hateful, threatening, obscene or misleading in an invitation, or use one to pretend to be someone else, send spam, or spread harmful links or software.
We may remove content, unpublish an invitation or close an account that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you why when we can. If we remove a paid invitation because it broke them, we don’t refund it.
Using the service fairly
Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of Woo Invites, copy or scrape it, or resell it. Our designs, templates, software and brand belong to us. You may use a design only for your own invitation through Woo Invites.
Keeping the service running
We work to keep Woo Invites and your invitation’s link available, but we can’t promise they will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a provider’s outage. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever stop offering the service, we’ll tell you in advance.
Our responsibility
We provide Woo Invites as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as a guest missing an event, and our total liability for any invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Woo Invites at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@wooinvites.in. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and disputes
When these terms change, we update this page and its date, and we email you about changes that matter. The terms in force when you published an invitation apply to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Indian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please write to hello@wooinvites.in first: most problems are quicker to solve together.
